WorkWith allows employees to give and receive recognition for the work that they do. This can come in the form of an actual gift (eg, a gift card, or some physical good) or a digital token (eg, a token that recognizes someone’s leadership ability). Anyone in an organization can recognize another person through a simple interface. Managers and leadership can use a more complex gift planning section to organize and plan out larger gifts and invite other people into the process.
